Dear Sirs,We are very honor to write you to congratulate warmly you that you have a great employee, Vasilios Loulos!

Actually, during our summer vacation at Aktia hotel in Stadis, Creta, on 10 August, the day of ther Super Moon (we learnd this later), where the waves were very strong, our 10 years old son, Guillaume-Arthur, went to the sea while we were still on the beach around 17:35. Very quickly, the waves took him away from the beach. When we understood that he was in danger, we were trying to go to his direction, but with a lot of difficulties due to the strong waves. At such a critical time, Mr. Vasilios Loulos, who has normally finished his work, discovered the situation, and went immediately to the sea and brought back our son, totally shocked and crying… We were so happy to see our son safe and sound thanks to Vasilios, we did not have enough words to tell him how we were grateful for what he has done for our family. Furthermore, he has kindly consoled our son and us, with right and wise words, having demonstrated a great professionalism with such a careful attention, kindness and modesty!

That’s why the 2^nd day, 11 Aug., when we have recovered from our emotions, we went back to see Vasilios and to thank him again. The attached picture was taken then so that our son and ourselves will keep this souvenir for ever.
